You have a rather large book bag
for all your travel maps.
The odometer on your car has
rolled over more than once.
All the truckers know your handle
on the CB.
You go out of your way to stop
at Rest Stations just to pick up the local brochures.
You can't remember the names
of your high school teachers, but you know every exit along route 66 by
Your attic is full of empty boxes
and moving blankets.
The last place you lived always seems so much better than
where you are now.
When asked where you hail from,
you reply, "Anywhere you can get to, sometimes further."
Your address book is rather large
and very full, but you can't remember who half the people are.
